I am proud to endorse Sarita Edgerton for State Representative in South Carolina’s 34th House District.
In the upcoming November 3rd general election, gun owners across Spartanburg County have a clear choice: a candidate who doesn’t just talk about protecting our freedoms, but possesses the backbone to defend them without compromise. Sarita Edgerton has earned that distinction.
Sarita is deeply rooted in her community. A devoted wife, mother, Realtor, and former teacher, she understands firsthand what it means to serve her neighbors and stand up for everyday citizens.
In Columbia, Sarita has earned the nickname “The Hammer” because she hammers down whenever politicians try to pull fast ones on the people of South Carolina. She calls out backroom deals, confronts government overreach, and refuses to back down when fundamental liberties are on the line.
Most importantly for gun owners, Sarita is a no-compromise defender of the right to keep and bear arms and scored a perfect 100% on her GOA candidate survey. She understands that our Second Amendment rights are not granted by politicians or bureaucrats—they are God-given and unalienable.
Sarita will never be a squish when it comes to defending your constitutionally protected liberties against tyrannical gun control.
In Sarita’s own words, here is what our right to bear arms means to her:
God gives us rights. The US and SC Constitutions protect those rights. Congress shall not infringe on those rights. An armed citizenry is what stands in the way of tyranny. Any able bodied citizen, over the age of 17, should be prepared to defend our liberty as part of a well-regulated militia.
When the radical anti-gun lobby and political establishment try to erode our constitutional safeguards, South Carolina gun owners need fighters who hold the line. Sarita Edgerton is that fighter.
